
Managing Director, Head of Finance and Operations
Gerta Alimadhi is the Managing Director and Head of Finance & Operations at Alimadhi Architecture and Real Estate Studio and Associates, a multidisciplinary firm co-founded with her sister. With a strong academic foundation in finance, public policy, and international project management—earned across France, Albania, and the Mediterranean region—she brings extensive expertise in financial oversight, strategic planning, and development cooperation.
Her professional background includes key roles at the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and other development-focused institutions, where she managed complex projects in sectors such as food safety, public policy, and SME development.
Through Alimadhi Studio, she is now leading business operations and expansion strategies in architecture, real estate, and related sectors, while also overseeing new initiatives in finance, renewable energy, translation services, and career coaching—both in Albania and internationally.

CoFounder, Head of Architecture and Design
Enkela Alimadhi is the Co-founder and Head of Architecture & Design at Alimadhi Architecture and Real Estate Studio and Associates, where she leads the creative and design direction of the studio. With over a decade of academic and professional experience in architecture, urban design, interior environments, and environmental acoustics, she brings a research-driven and user-centered approach to architectural practice.
She holds a PhD in Interior Architecture and Environmental Design from Bilkent University and Master of Science in City Planning/ Urban Design Program. In addition she has taught and conducted research in leading institutions across Albania and Türkiye. Her expertise spans sustainable design, healthcare architecture, and soundscape perception—fields in which she has published internationally and received multiple awards.
At Alimadhi Studio, she directs architectural and interior design projects in Albania and abroad, integrating innovation, contextual sensitivity, and cross-disciplinary research into every project.
